We are a small business located in a western suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to making jewelry, we love being active building our cabin in the north woods and getting out in the fresh air. SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase Monday thru Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Weekend orders will be shipped by 3 p.m. (CST) the following Monday. Orders will typically take 3 to 4 business days to arrive to most locations after they are shipped.
For orders that are over $100.00, shipping is FREE (cost will be taken care of by Windfall Designs). All other orders shipped in the US will have a flat rate depending on dollar amount of purchase for shipping & handling that will be automatically added to your order upon "checking out."
$1 to $24.99 = $3
$25 to $49.99 = $4
$50 to $74.99 = $5
$75 to $99.99 = $6
$100 to $149.99= $7
$150 & over = Free
No international orders are accepted at this time.
RETURN POLICY
Our customers are our business. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you order, you may return it to us. Returns may be made within 15 days of purchase and will be fully refunded as long as the product is in its original condition, with the original invoice and sent postage paid. Additionally, please briefly indicate to us why you are returning the product. Products can be returned to:
